Hi there!

I’ve always known I’d want to go into a field that has to do with caring for people. But, the more I learned about the birthing world the more I felt a need to support birthing people. This passion has led me to the doula space.

I am passionate about helping people from all walks of life and meeting each client where they are on their journey. The birth support I provide is tailored to help each individual throughout their labor, whether that be through supporting words, massage, or knowledge on techniques to improve your birth. I also am eager to provide clients with evidence based support & information to help them navigate their birth no matter what might come their way. I am excited to be a pillar of support for my clients and looking forward to helping them feel empowered and satisfied with their birth experience. 

A little about myself - I love coffee, books, plants, good food, the outdoors, traveling, and all animas. My ideal night would be to cozy up on the couch with my cat & watch a movie.

I am a DONA certified birth doula located in Spring Lake, MI. I work throughout West Michigan primarily serving Ottawa, Kent, Allegan, and Muskegon county. I work independently at Eastown Birth In GR which I love, as well as taking clients who find me individually. I love to travel, try out local coffee shops, swim in Lake Michigan, and cozy up on the couch with my cat and watch movies.

Birth Doula Services

Hiring me as your birth doula includes two prenatal visits, support through active labor and delivery, and one postpartum home visit. If you’re interested please reach out to schedule an hour long free consult to see if we are a good fit.

Placenta Encapsulation

$275

Placenta encapsulation includes me picking up placenta, encapsulating, and delivering pills to you.
